This isn’t a technical error so much as a conceptual correction. On p. 13 where you attach the boot-strap to the fabric of the top, I’ve re-thought the positioning. Instead of attaching it to the outside of the fabric after working 11(13) rounds, I now think it would be more realistic to continue working the strap until it is long enough to pass over the i-cord piping and attach just under it on the inside of the fabric. So work another 5-6 rounds (or however many look right to you) before attaching, and then follow the directions for attaching as written, except that instead of joining to a leg of each sock stitch you can pick up the purl bump and use that instead. Then subtract the number of extra rounds from the number to be worked before attaching at the base.

Clarification about the colors, for anyone who is unsure:
MC1, Chestnut, is the dark-but-not-darkest brown.
MC2, Saddle Tan, is the lightest of the three colors.
The remaining color - smallest and darkest - is Black Walnut, used only for the heel.

And this one actually IS an error - thanks, woolforbrains!
Inconsistency between chart and directions for the Spade (p.18):
In R5 the directions begin and end with decreases that are missing from the chart. The directions are correct.
This isn’t the end of the problem, though. There are still extra stitches to be accounted for, increases that I know I counterbalanced somewhere but I haven’t figured out where. (I actually did intend them to widen the tongue in those early rows, but now I have to figure out where I took them out.) Stand by.
BTW, this does not apply to the Heart, which is balanced row for row.
Mystery solved. There are also missing decreases in rows 3 and 11. Watch this space for corrected chart.
Here it is:
Corrected directions:
R3: k2tog, yo, k1-b, yo, [C] s1-k2tog-psso, yo, k1-b, yo, ssk
R11: k2tog, yo, ssk, k3, [C] k4, k2tog, yo, ssk

Another catch for woolforbrains:
Inconsistency between chart and directions for the Top-Stitching pattern (p. 20):
The three leftmost YOs in rows 11, 13, 15 are wrongly positioned in the chart - they are all off by one. The directions are correct.
Watch this space for corrected chart.
And here it is:

Clarification about the Lizard-Skin pattern (p. 7):
The slipping should always be done purlwise, wyif.
